WINNER!!!!! Two months ago, I entered a live competition called Storytellers. I won the heat, semi-final and then the whole showcase series beating out 50 other bands/artists.......
To the people who came..dancing, singing...you were all fricken awesome.
AND it's the first time I've experienced a crowd singing back at me. Man that was beyond cool and a two part harmony too..yeahhh...
The judge also said "It's the first time in 4 years and hundreds of showcases he has ever witnessed a solo acoustic act do a stage dive"....I'll take that...

Played my first small festival in the Ottways last night! Had a 9pm slot and loved every minute of it..Also had my first ever stage dive to finish the set and fuck it was good... Thanks everyone for helping me totally fly for a minute there!!

...At 2am last night the mixes were finished! YEah! It's now off to New York for Mastering with Ted Jensen..He just did Muse and Green Day...sooo make me sound good Tedmeister!

Exhausted after final day of mixing today!! The CD is almost done bar a few tweaks next and then off to mastering. Me thinks it's sounding wicked so I'm very happy.

The new EP features Michael Barker (former John Butler Trio drummer) and Eddie Rayner (Crowded House, Split Enz) producing... It is currently being mixed before it's shipped off to New York for mastering... It's getting close...
